I think I found where the problem is :
In the ProjectServices.xml, in the bloc of the method "updProjectRole", the query of the WorkEffortPartyAssignment list was a little off :
<entity-and entity-name="WorkEffortPartyAssignment" list="workEffortPartyAssignments" filter-by-date="true">
    <field-map field-name="workEffortId" from-field="parameters.workEffortId"/>
    <field-map field-name="roleTypeId" value="updProjectRole.roleTypeId"/>
</entity-and>

The second condition use the keyword "value" with a non-evaluate value. So the result list was always empty and thus engaged the creation of a new entry even if it already existed.

To correct it, I changed the keyword from "value" to "from-field".
I attached the patch in the issue.

This is my first patch so if I'm using the wrong procedure, don't hesitate to tell me.
