I researched on this issue and found that it does not exists in Release 13.07 but it is present in Release 14.12, 15.12 and trunk. In Release 15.12, new form was introduced to render pdf but its not working in it also. One strange thing is that the code is same in both the 13.07 and 14.12, but the result is different. I am not sure if any framework level change introduced in 14.12 and cause this issue.
