This issue was not only related to the Flat Grey theme, instead exist in all other themes as well except 'tomahawk'.
Provided patch, will fix the UI for all the themes (all the links (anchor) under the button-bar section, will look like the button), also for 'tomahawk' minor spacing issue has been fixed.
