I have tried to regenerate this issue by steps provided by you, but I am unable to regenerate.
I have also looked into the code and found that in "InvoicePDF" screen we have a decorator "FoReportDecorator" and in this decorator we have defined "logoImageUrl" with value="/images/ofbiz_logo.gif" and this will use to render logo If no logo is associated with the company. And for Print Pick Sheet PDF code does not use this decorator that's why we do not have default company logo.
