This issue also exists on other PDF's like return pdf as this is also using same CompanyHeader.groovy and companyHeader.fo.ftl.
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Set party content with Logo Image URL content type for Company party.
2. Now try to print invoice, return. logo image does not show.
As per my research, this issue only occurs if logo image setup from party content. According to CompanyHeader.groovy logic, system gives first preference to ParyContent logo image and if not found then only use partyGroup.logoImageUrl to render over PDF.
I also checked that this functionality working fine over 13.07.
