Thanks [~ankush.upadhyay] for your feedback. I have also regenerated this issue using setup logo image from party content and found that for content logo image rendering it uses "stream" request to render the content. This "stream" request is https true and fop does not support https urls in fo:external graphics. Due to this image logo uploaded via content not rendering on pdf.
