Hi [~vaibhav.jain],
Thanks for providing the patch for fixing the issue. One way it's fixing the UI issue reported in this ticket but not looking convincing as it is violating the concept of the decorator. One common UI element amongst 4 screens is being removed from decorator and moved to all these 4 screens individually.
