Thank you [~rishisolankii] for your feedback on this, as we have already option available to update request item and we can change the request status to cancel or any other from there (Attached screenshot).
I have also checked the QuoteItem screen (Attached screenshot) which have option to delete QuoteItem.
any thoughts ?
