Thanks [~anuj.jain] for the fixes and i have validated the reported case as follows:
* Cancelled an already created production run
* Attempted to add the new component from 'Actual Material' screen
* System prevented to add the component with proper message (*PASS*)

Based on above result set i am closing this ticket now.
