Hi [~suraj.khurana],

I tried to apply the patch via eclipse using an up-to-date trunk branch, but there seems to be a difference in the file themes/common-theme/template/macro/HtmlFormMacroLibrary.ftl, which results in some incompability.

Can you please check for that?
