Hi Jacques,
I didn't see the button at first, too.
But now that I have found it (I didn't knew this existed to be honest), applying the patch worked.
I tested it on some entity searches and it looks like it is working fine:
* for no found entries, no header
* for found entries it shows the header and the found entries
Looks like it works fine for one found entry, too
