Hi Gil, Suraj,
Thinking about it, I think you are right Gil. It will be easier for history sake to revert and commit the whole, though it's not a big deal, but annotations (aka blame, which is a wrong name) are then slightly easier to read.
I'm still undecided about a new Jira or not. It's uneasy to split the use cases and we need the community to decide. Anyway, it's OK for me to do all here. I'll try to get a consensus about those pratices, don't wait for me here Suraj, let's go :)
