Yes, we can. Thanks to the explanation provided by [~taher]. Though I am not certain whether the default reader definitions should reside in entityengine.xml. I am inclined to believe that it should be in a separate properties file, as the set is something generic and repeated in every datasource in entityengine.xml. But that is for later and - I believe - part of OFBIZ-6164.
