I think no need to change the description. The attached patch is too verbose and way beyond the needs of an average user to include in the standard README.md file. It is extremely rare for anyone to change the settings in entityengine.xml with respect to the readers. This documentation belongs at best in an advanced configuration tutorial or document, not in the README.md file.
