Could you please summarize the design approach you suggested then Scott? As you said in the dev ML I did not find it in OFBIZ-6644 (this issue has indeed a lot of comments) and looking into the dev ML for this subject is not obvious. This could maybe help to decide if we should continue to think about improving our current embedded (and maybe online) help (OFBiz deserves better), or if Tom's proposed solution is definitely a dead end. Thanks!
