In reading the above comments and reviewing the patch, I believe this issue should be closed. There is no specific problem to be solved or even an example to be tackled. If entanglements are happening between components then the correct solution is to fix the entanglements, not reordering components. The examples and details are numerous, so it all comes down to the details (which this issue does not provide)
