I mean The province/state part of address are not initialized correctly when country part of address is JAPAN.
The reason is lack of data what I have patched.
I do not known that Should it be a bug or not in Ofbiz.
But it really is inconvenient for user in japan.
Any way, It works fine now. Thank you very much.
