thanks for your work!
I like #3, it looks good in monochrome and with the overlapping power button on the ring.
The color logo #4, in my opinion, has not enough contrast between the power button and the ring (two darker colors).
For #5 I see only white inside the ring, I've attached what I see when opening the svg in Firefox.
