I completed the previous commit at r1787473

*Note: * We need to remove or implement with Gradle the "depends-on" feature in ofbiz-component files
IMO, the applyOfbizPatchesAndHotDeploy.sh and svnUpHotdeploy.bat scrupts should be removed, done
