In reference to http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1081848&view=rev I understood that the Tika library automatically recognizes the mimeType of the uploaded content, and thus we do not need to specify or select in the upload. So I am removing the 'select' element from the 'Add Party Content' form.
