At least for AccountingBillUpTo, using Firefox (which still allows Flash, at least my config...) you can refine http://ofbiz.markmail.org/search/?q=AccountingBillUpTo

It was added by Si Chen http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=424494.
It was used then as shows http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator/ofbiz/trunk/applications/order/webapp/ordermgr/entry/billsettings.ftl?view=diff&r1=433300&r2=433301&pathrev=433301. So this is pre Apache era (http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator), I stopped there.

I have not strong opinion on this but I'm more on the side of keeping them. Even if, from small research above, they really seems useless now.
