Thanks for your inputs, I'll do the changes accordingly, that means keep configuration data in the same component and commit the changes after incorporating suggestion.
Coming back to clean up the things is always open for us. But I would prefer to go as discussed to minimize the cleanup work. Soon I'll come back on this ticket and do the changes.
