Done following in [CRM Process Overview|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/x/RpJjB]:
1. Verified the process of lead management and added some important key fields in the lead management process.
2. Tried running the process of Event management in ofbiz but not able to create the event. So, created a ticket OFBIZ-10583 for the same.
