Done following in [CRM Process Overview|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Customer+Relationship+Management+%28CRM%29+Process+Overview]

1. Added Customers section and its types are i.e. B2B and B2C.

2. Defined Customer create process for B2C.

3.Created Level-1,Level-2,Level-3 diagram for B2C CSR.
