I reopen because we need a website to use sendOrderBackorderNotification service, webSiteId="OrderEntry" fits. Spotted while working on OFBIZ-8810, I got this error while testing sendOrderBackorderNotification manually (translated from French)
bq. No site attached to the DEMO10090 command, unable to generate the notification.
So Ill revert r1809749 and will add data WebSite record
