After taking another look at the screen & the ticket requirement, I think the screen is serving its purpose right. And to the question of showing phone numbers here along with the parties is not big.
I am okay with working on to show phone numbers on this screen and additionally, we should show email address here as well. But, if you all guys think there is no need to show contact information here then I also fine with it and I will close this ticket.
Looking forward to any replies.
