Hi Lalit,
Here are the steps.
On trunk demo where the patch is not applied, I use DemoLead . You used a party you created but data dissapear every night on demos.
Steps to regenerate:
# Open URL
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/sfa/control/viewprofile?roleTypeId=LEAD&partyId=DemoLead# Click on Convert lead and select the related company and click on Add.
# It redirects to the Create Party Relationship. But it works.
Locally where the patch is applied, I still use DemoLead.
Steps to regenerate:

https://localhost:8443/sfa/control/FindLeads# Click on "Lead, Demo [DemoLead]". You get to
https://localhost:8443/sfa/control/ViewLeadProfile?partyId=DemoLead# Click on Convert lead and select the related company and click on Add.
This is what I get: !Image 001.png!
