I have different thinking.
First, I think that create a marketing page could take long time because of different way of thinking this page for the people concerned.
Then, I don't like to translate the website by a google tools, because we let google do too many things for us, I don't think that is a good choice.
Finally, the last website don't move a lot from 2011 (when I start to learn OFBiz) to the new one, so... It's not really like a documentation that can change a lot.

I think the initiative of Olivier to simply translate the actual main pages is a good step without thousand of emails.
