Hello Taher,
I am using Machine with 4 core for now and using ./gradlew ofbiz command to kick off OFBIz and using Debug.log to put messages on console and looking into it.
Adding logs at CatalinaContainer loadWebapps and scheduled jobs ExecutionPool helps to check.
