This was actually found by [~rlhowell]. Trying to call queryList on an entity and providing a having condition. Of course it can be fixed by using queryIterator but IMO you shouldnt need too. Both queryList and queryFirst are shorthand methods and should support performing a query with a having condition. They always behave the same as queryIterator OR update the API docs to include features they do not support
