Cybersource package needs to be upgrade to support the New API Field: Request Token

Cybersource has released  a New Api field 'Request Token' and has been sending emails to customers to update the software.

I believe ofbiz is affected by this and support needs to be implemented for the new API token in OFBIZ.

As per information on Cybersource the last date for implementing this is 31st May 07.

This is my first patch to implement the new 'Request Token' from cybersource.

I will appreciate if someone experienced in ofbiz can review the the patch and comment on it.

one more edit needs to be done to test this patch, the API version for cybersource in payment.properties files need to be changed to 1.28 to use the new 'request token'.
