Steps:
1. Open URL https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/accounting/control/findInvoices
2. Navigate to view Invoice with Outstanding amount
3. Change the status to paid for Outstanding amount

Actual Result:
The status will be change to paid with an error message "Cannot change status to 'paid', invoice 8005 has an unapplied balance of 33.99"

Expected Result:
Status of invoice should not be allowed to be changed to paid for Invoice with Outstanding amount.

I Think its a UI Issue. Thanks!
