Steps:
1. Open URL https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/accounting/control/updateBillingAccount
2. Edit/Update Contact Mech ID using dropdown

Actual Result:
Display a success message for update action, but when the page is refreshed or again we navigate from Billing account. Updated contact mech id is not displayed

Expected Result:
Contact Mech ID should be updated with new successfully.
