Steps:
1. Open URL https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ap/control/createInvoiceRole
2. Add a party Id which does not assigned as a role for accounts
3. Enter Percentage
4. Click on submit button

Actual Result:
Throwing an exception error for the invalid case, Kindly refer attachment for the same

Expected Result:
We must handle exceptions with a proper error message, I don't think this is working fine, It should be correct with proper message.
