Steps to regenerate:
 # Login to partymgr([[https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/findparty])]
 # Select classification group (if present, otherwise create new group) and find party

Actual :

All parties are listed on searching

Expected :

Parties which are under the selected classification group should only be listed
