Steps to Regenerate:

1. Set your visual theme to Rainbow Stone - Sapphire

2. Go to [https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/webtools/control/main]

3. Click on Layout Demo tab (https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/webtools/control/WebtoolsLayoutDemo)

 

Actual Result: 

Two messages boxes are displayed stating the same message.
