While walk though the eCommerce application, noticed that we have Order History section there but we don't have Return History. So based upon community's approval we have to add support for "Return History" feature in eCommerce application.
Items needs to be implemented under this ticket : 
- Add new navigation for return history.
- Display list of returns submitted by the customer along with basic details.
- Customer should be able to view return details by clicking upon view link OR returnID.
