Following [this thread|https://markmail.org/message/nujdq5rmegcg3p4z], convert Birt component doc from Markdown to AsciiDoc.

While doing so move images from [wiki|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Birt+Flexible+Reports] to source and update the [blog|https://blogs.apache.org/ofbiz/entry/the-birt-flexible-reports-a]
