Steps:
1. Navigate to the Order entry page.
[https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/additem]
2. Add Item in the cart.
3. After adding Item in cart refresh the page and check the order item qty.
4. Change the Item qty and click outside of qty field to save the changes.

Actual;
1. Quantity not getting updated on clicking outside the field.
2. Product qty automatically increased by one on every page refresh action.

Expected:
1. Product qty should be updated on clicking outside the qty field.
2. Product qty should not be changed on page refresh.
