Steps to Regenerate issue:
 # Login to demo-trunk or demo-stable instance with details:

URL - https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/createCustomer

admin/ ofbiz  OR
 # Go to Party > Create Customer
 # Enter the value in the First name and Last name field.
 # Click on the Save button.

Actual - System generates same single validation message..irrespective of blank fields. Please refer to attachment.

Expected - Validation message should be generated correctly and field wise. Also, the order of the message should be same as filed order.
