When a FinAccountTrans record is created and the status of the record was not set, the triggered service 'createFinAccountTrans' sets the statusId of the record to be saved to value="FINACT_TRNS_APPROVED". This is wrong: the statusId of such a record should be: "FINACT_TRNS_CREATED"
