Steps to Regenerate
1. Open url: [https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecommerce/control/splitship
2. Add few products to the cart
3. Click View Cart
4. Allow split to the shipment and check the screen

*Actual: *
The screen seems distorted. Alignment issue is also visible.
