The fallback to get the billing party uses the invoicetypeId form the invoice.

SALES_INVOICE & PURCHASE_INVOICE

I would propose to use match it against the parentInvoiceTypeID from INVOICE_TYPE

CUST_RTN_INVOICE a.s.o. will then work as well.

Patch is attached. Nothing complicated.
