Steps to regenerate:

1. Open https://demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/main

2. Create order

3. Open https://demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org/facility/control/PicklistOptions?facilityId=WebStoreWarehouse

4. Create Picking

5. Click on Packing under the facility

6. Enter order id and click on pack order

7. Enter package detail and complete packaging

8. Open https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/facility/control/PicklistManage?facilityId=WebStoreWarehouse

Actual: Picklist is in the input status
