Steps to regenerate:
 # Open URL [https://demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org/ecommerce/control/main]
 # Click on any item
 # Click on "Tell a friend"
 # Enter invalid email
 # Enter message
 # Click on send

Actual: Able to send a message

Expected: Email validation should be applied.
