Steps to regenerate:
 * Navigate to [https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecomseo/] or [https://demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org/ecommerce/control/main]

 * Click on Login
 * Enter valid username and password
 * Click on login button
 * Click on Contact Us

Actual: Page title displays Login. Please refer attachment: Image1

Expected: Page title should not display Login as the user is already logged in. It should display somthing like Contact Us
