When a CSR creates a return of a product, an unexpected error is occurring due 'To Party ID'. Please follow the below steps -

Navigate to the following instance - [https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/createReturn]

Create a return with the following details

Return Header type id = From Customer

Status ID = Requested

From Party ID = 10009 (Aashish Sharma)

To Party ID = 10001 (Agile team)

Payment mode = COD

Click on the 'Submit' button more than one time.

 

Findings - The Role type of 10001 (Agile team) is of Internal Organization.
