create an order, and click in orderview on Edit Order Items button
on my local copy it is (https://localhost:8543/ordermgr/control/editOrderItems?orderId=WSCO10002)

you will get ${Static["org.ofbiz.product.catalog.CatalogWorker"].getCurrentCatalogId(request)} [on line 40, column 64 in appendorderitem.ftl]

I can't reproduce this, the screen displays fine on a demo install.  Could this possibly be a problem with your setup?

I'm going to close this for now, I can't reproduce it and haven't had any new information
