I noticed that the purpose and the file to upload fields are no longer required. It's because this (no longer?) works http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1087254. I wonder why Sascha deleted jquery.validate.pack.js in this commit! But then is not a "required error" CSS class missing?

It works well in old demo (R13) and somehow in stable (R16). I was lost somehow since...
