With respect to our previous effort to fix the [inconsistent string comparisons|[http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-9254],] we are now creating a new ticket to continue this effort.

In this ticket, we will cover all the remaining constants comparison with variable that might lead to an NPE.
